If you choose to proceed, we may share relevant details with an independent, licensed clinic to facilitate an introduction. Those clinics are independent and responsible for their own handling of your information under their own privacy terms.
We keep your information only as long as necessary for the purposes above, or as required by law, after which it is securely deleted.
